SIG Awarded Phase I SBIR Contract with the Army for Detection, Tracking, and Classification of Dismounts

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – Signal Innovations Group (SIG) was awarded a Phase I Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract with the Army. The effort will focus on developing algorithms to process wide-angle, vehicle-based video imagery to reliably identify dismounted threats, and accurately cue the operator to the identified threat in a display.
